When will I receive my bill?

You will typically receive your bill within 15-30 days after your visit, depending on how quickly your insurance processes the claim.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, major credit/debit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards. Payment options may vary for in-person and online payments. You can see some of our accepted HSA and FSA payment methods on our insurance page.

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes, you can pay your bill online through our secure payment portal here. Additionally, you can follow the link and instructions you’ve received in your email or direct mail bill. If you need additional assistance, feel free to call our office at 402-218-1242.

Is my visit covered by my insurance?

Every insurance plan and provider is different, and we partner with a number of insurance providers! To ensure coverage and verify you are in-network, you should contact us prior to your appointment. If you believe there is an issue with your coverage, you may need to file a claim or call your insurance provider.

What if I believe I was billed incorrectly?

If you think there’s an error on your bill, please contact us immediately. We’ll review the charges and work with you to resolve any discrepancies.

Do you offer payment plans?

We do not offer any payment plans at this time. Please contact our billing department to see if we can set up a plan that works for you.

Why was I charged for a preventive care visit?

Preventive care visits are often covered by insurance. However, if additional issues are addressed during the visit, those services may be billed separately. Please review your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) or contact us for clarification.

How can I make a payment for my GLP-1 prescription?

Please use our payments portal or call our office to make a payment with an accepted payment method. Payment may be requested at the time of pickup.
