Todd Colgrove
Founder, Director of Operations
Born and raised in South Dakota, Todd moved down to Omaha in 2022 to begin his work on Nebraska Wellness Group. Todd has had a storied history of developing projects and working with people, having led a highly successful contracting business in South Dakota for 32 years.
Due to his extensive experience in customer service, Todd regularly directs patient care programs, as well as quality control management, among front office duties. He is the director of public relations management for NWG, conducting partnership outreach.
When not treating patients, Todd loves spending time with his family, watching Husker sports, and cooking. He has developed a passion for outdoor activities, never missing his daily walks.
Gavin Bergsten, CPT
Director of Sales, Patient Support
Gavin has spent much of his life working and living in Nebraska. He has had commensurate experience in healthcare recruiting, staffing, and healthcare supply chain management.
Gavin spends much of his time assisting incoming patients, as well as managing our care programs for existing patients. He is an intense, passionate person who exercises a great deal of care for our community.
When not supporting patients, Gavin spends his time with his family, including his wife and daughter. He enjoys lifting, healthy eating, personal training, and Husker football.
Izaak Colgrove
Strategic Director, Associate Director of Operations
Izaak graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2022 with a degree in Nutrition and Health Sciences, as well as a concentration in Business Administration and Psychology. He is pursuant to get his Masters in Healthcare Administration from UNMC, and is proud to call Omaha home.
An integral member of our team at NWG, Izaak wears many hats. Acting as the Strategic Director, he leads brand development, healthcare marketing, and community outreach. He also is the director for all HR, IT, and compliance program coordination. He has a strong passion for patient-centered care, and is a skilled member of our team, helping to solve many of the challenges NWG faces regularly.
In his free time, Izaak enjoys weightlifting, spending time outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. He spends much of his time recording music, as well as creative design and photography.
Emma Bergsten
Social Media Coordinator
Emma has spent a great deal of her time here in Nebraska, whether that be supporting her family in western NE, or investing in her immediate family in Omaha. She has a long track record of building and sustaining successful social media projects, having supported her local church community, as well as her own online boutique; Stella Ave.
She is an integral part of the online presence of Nebraska Wellness Group. Coordinating content shots of our team, maintaining our social media profiles, and conducting strategic growth projects for our practice.
When not shooting content or designing something fun, she enjoys cooking and baking, exercising, and hanging out with her husband and daughter.
Hunter Lucas
Director of Marketing
Hunter is a proud Nebraskan, and a proud member of the NWG team. Born and raised in Illinois, Hunter moved to Nebraska to finish his education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is a passionate golfer (notable by his golf tattoo), sports fan, and outstanding leader. He loves spending time following all things sports in Nebraska, building out his network in the local community, and investing time with friends and family.
An expert in data analytics and digital optimization, Hunter works to bring all-things NWG to your handheld or screen at home. He spends much of his time with the team at NWG coordinating website design, search-engine optimization (SEO), and market analysis. He is a central member of the NWG team, and is excited to help us find the newest opportunities for our services to you.
